Mizuho analyst Haendel St. Juste upgraded D.R. Horton (DHI) to Buy and raised his price target for the shares to $45 from $40. Stock selectivity is becoming more important in these latter stages of the housing cycle and larger platforms with price point diversification and strong balance sheets will be rewarded, St. Juste tells investors in a research note. He believes D.R. Horton "fits this profile," along with Lennar (LEN). The analyst sees Horton as a "net winner during the late, decelerating portion of the housing cycle."
