Barclays analyst Kannan Venkateshwar downgraded Discovery Communications to Underweight and lowered his price target for the shares to $25 from $28. The analyst believes "meaningful" cost cuts may be needed to meet guidance and notes Discovery's international growth has "decelerated significantly" in 2016.
