Citi analyst Jason Bazinet has added DISH Network to the firm's Focus List, as he contends that "mounting evidence" indicates that DISH will sell its spectrum, which he believes is worth $41B, or $88 per share. Bazinet, who thinks an M&A premium will "seep back" into DISH shares as the 600MHz TV auction comes to a close in the fourth quarter of the year, keeps a $94 target on the Buy-rated shares.
