Citi analyst Jason Bazinet believes Kerrisdale Capital's short report on DISH is not a thesis changer. He keeps DISH on his firm's Focus List with a Buy rating and $94 price target. The stock closed Friday up $2.61 to $46.70. Of the five claims Kerrisdale made, Bazinet agrees with only one, that spectrum values do not rise inexorably. Unlike the short selling hedge fund, however, the analyst thinks wireless carriers do not have vast amounts of excess capacity.
