Goldman analyst Neil Mehta downgraded Delek to Neutral due to a reduction in Brent-WTI forecasts, poor earnings execution, and uncertainty around its M&A strategy around 48% owned Alon. The analyst lowered his price target on Delek shares to $20 from $30.
