Macquarie analyst Vikas Dwivedi downgraded Delek US to Neutral given his outlook for sustained tightness in WTI Midland to WTI Cushing and other Light, Light crude differentials in 2016. Dwivedi lowered his price target to $16 from $26 on Delek shares.
