Barclays analyst Paul Cheng reinstated coverage of Delek US Holdings with an Overweight rating and $65 price target. Despite the stock's outperformance to date, Delek is still undervalued, Cheng tells investors in a research note. He assumes the Midland differential takes until late 2019 to narrow, thus benefiting Delek near term.
