Credit Suisse analyst Achal Sultania upgraded Dialog Semiconductor (DLGNF) to Outperform from Neutral following the company's analyst day in London. In a research note to investors, the analyst says he believes the company is looking to manage the transition from having 75% exposure to Apple (AAPL) to 35%-40% exposure long term in a materially smoother manner than expected. The analyst raised his 2019/2020 sales by 17%/14, and and now believes that EBIT margin decline will be manageable falling from 19% in 2018E to 16% by 2020 vs. to 4%-5% before.
