As previously reported, Guggenheim analyst Robert Gutman downgraded Digital Realty (DLR) to Neutral from Buy after updating his models for Data Center REITS with "little-to-no changes" to his estimates and rolling forward his basis for his price targets to YE20. He cites estimated total returns below his 10% threshold for the change in rating. He raised his price target on Digital Realty shares to $132 from $127, based on the roll forward, while noting that CoreSite Realty (COR) is the other stock in the group on which he has a Neutral rating. Gutman has Buy ratings on CyrusOne (CONE), Equinix (EQIX), GDS Holdings (GDS), Interxion (INXN) and QTS Realty Trust (QTS).
