Raymond James upgraded Digital Realty to Outperform with a $72 price target. The firm said the company reported a solid Q2 and views fundamentals are healthy. Raymond James modestly increased estimates and said accretion and long-term benefits from the pending Telx deal should put upward pressure on 2016 and 2017 estimates.
