Morgan Stanley resumed coverage on Dollar Tree (DLTR) with an Underweight rating from Equal Weight with a $77 price target. The firm believes the Family Dollar integration appears priced into shares and believes any turnaround for Family Dollar will take time and face setbacks and deal upside is priced in to Dollar Tree shares despite the very early stages of the integration process.
