BTIG analyst Alan Rifkin initiated Dollar Tree (DLTR) with a Buy rating and a $104 price target. Rifkin said the Family Dollar acquisition yields a strong, more diversified retailer, with numerous growth opportunities, and $300M in synergies through 2018.
