RBC Capital analyst Scot Ciccarelli says that Dollar Tree reported "solid" Q2 EPS and EBIT, while its comps were hurt by "excess cannibalization" and a "calendar shift." The analyst adds that Family Dollar margins have "strong upward momentum." He recommends aggressively buying the stock.
