Barclays analyst Karen Short upgraded Dollar Tree to Overweight with an unchanged price target of $100. The analyst views the company's outlook as conservative and believes the recent share selloff provides an attractive entry point. She believes Dollar Tree is a "best-in-class retailer" and that expectations simply got too high.
