Loop Capital analyst Anthony Chukumba keeps his Buy rating and $120 price target on Dollar Tree but notes that performance at the Family Dollar segment has regressed in Q1 after 3 consecutive quarters of comps and operating margin expansion. The analyst speculates that if the company put this business up for sale, there would be several parties that might be interested. Chukumba adds that the sale would be "at worst slightly accretive" to earnings and likely result in "significant" stock price appreciation.
