Jefferies analyst Andy Barish calls Dunkin' Brands' Q2 earnings beat "low quality" since same-store-sales and unit growth were again light of expectations. The analyst continues to recommend avoiding the shares as the company transitions. He believes the valuation may compress and reiterates an Underperform rating on Dunkin' with a $48 price target.
