UBS analyst William Janela downgraded Denbury Resources to Sell citing the company's below average growth, higher financial leverage and premium valuation. Cash flow constraints will make it difficult for Denbury to deliver "attractive growth" beyond 2015, Janela tells investors in a research note. He cut his price target for shares to $3 from $3.50.
