As noted earlier, KeyBanc upgraded Physicians Realty Trust to Overweight from Sector Weight. The firm says the REIT is one of the few pure plays on medical office buildings and should generate premium earnings and NAV growth by executing on its external investment strategy. The firm says the REIT is one of the few in the sector that can access the equity markets on an accretive basis.
