As reported earlier, Argus analyst John Staszak upgraded Domino's Pizza to Buy from Hold with a price target of $260. The analyst believes that the company's stock price does not adequately reflect its prospects for earnings growth and rising market share based on the management's objective of 6%-8% annual store count growth. Staszak adds that Domino's Pizza's loyalty program, as well as its rising online ordering system engagement, can further boost U.S. comps in the coming quarters, raising his FY18 EPS target to $8.30 from $6.25 and pointing to the company's history of upside earnings surprises.
