Morgan Stanley analyst Thomas Allen downgraded DaimondRock to Underweight and lowered its price target to $8 from $10 given declining RevPAR growth. The analyst lowered his US RevPAR outlook to +1% in 2017 from +2.4% and -1% in 2018 from +1.5% based on a unchanged macro view.
