Raymond James downgraded Darden to Market Perform from Outperform. Analyst Brian Vaccaro said shares of Darden appear fairly valued at current levels and continues to believe the company will complete its REIT spin-off in late 2015 and will have significant cash flow to return to shareholders in 2016, which will limited downside risk.
