BTIG analyst Peter Saleh downgraded Darden to Neutral given recent share strength and concerns about integration risk for the Cheddar's acquisition. Saleh does not expect the acquisition to start meaningfully contributing to sales and restaurant profit growth until FY19/20 and sees limited upside at current levels.
