RBC Capital analyst David Palmer kept his Outperform rating and $130 price target on Darden, saying that his proprietary sales predictors indicate the company's Olive Garden business will exceed expectations in the current quarter. The analyst adds that the 18% pullback in Darden stock price has generated a "more reasonable entry price for a best-in-class operator with upside to sales and EPS estimates".
