As previously reported, Craig-Hallum analyst Steven Dyer downgraded Daseke to Hold from Buy and lowered his price target on the shares to $4 from $7. While the analyst believes the company is making the correct decisions to consolidate operating companies, control operating costs and CapEx, and focus on harvesting synergies and free cash flow generation, he notes that the freight environment has worsened, causing management to cut its 2019 outlook.
