Mizuho analyst Betty Chen downgraded DSW to Neutral and lowered its price target to $21 from $25. The analyst said DSW is not immune to traffic headwinds that have continued into Q1 and sees mounting competitive pressures and has concerns cost savings programs will not offset topline and margin headwinds.
