Raymond James analyst John Ransom downgraded DaVita to Market Perform from Outperform. In a research note to investors, Ransom says that while the company reported solid results on Tuesday night and provided upside guidance to 2020, much of the upside in the quarter was from the unexpected contribution from calcimimetics and lower-than-expected share count. Ransom says much of his thesis has played out, and thinks shares are approaching fair value at 12.7x his new 2020 EPS of $5.55.
