Scotia Howard Weil analysts led by Joseph Bachmann upgraded Devon Energy to Focus List and increased its price target to $61 from $50. The analyst said upstream divestitures have removed some of the importance off the Access Pipeline sale and balance sheet concern, and should improve sentiment as investors focus on the strong asset base.
