After the FCC provided $1.5B to carriers to expand rural networks, Wells Fargo estimates that increased spending spurred by the grants will increase Dycom;'s EPS by 14c in fiscal 2016 and 28c in fiscal 2017. The firm keeps an Outperform rating on Dycom.
