Stifel analyst Noelle Dilts would use Dycom weakness as a buying opportunity following the largely inline Q4 report. Dilts believes the weakness in part reflects concerns around soft revenue from Dycom's "unnamed customer" which increased fears that Google is slowing fiber deployments. However, the analyst expects a rebound going forward and visibility improving from robust spenidng plans of major customers. Dilts has a Buy rating on Dycom and a $106 price target, up from $102.
