Cowen analsyt Doug Creutz noted that Gamestop (GME) management suggested on their earnings call that "Halo 5" digital units remain in the 20-25% range, which Creutz said is not in keeping with industry sources that point to Halo digital sales being much closer to half of non-bundled unit sales. Given that Creutz disagees with Gamestop's premise on an acceleration in digital downloads in the market, he believes that the company's comments about initial sales of Electronic Arts' (EA) "Star Wars Battlefront" being below expectations do not pose any real risk to EA. The analyst , who said his ongoing checks of demand for Star Wars on Amazon still suggest that demand for the game is robust, keeps an Outperform rating on EA shares.
