Barclays analyst Jeffrey Bernstein downgraded Brinker International to Equal Weight following the company's Q3 results saying its fundamentals remain challenged. Brinker's levers to drive incremental value are limited, Bernstein tells investors in a research note. He cut his price target for the shares to $47 from $59.
