As previously reported, Morgan Stanley downgraded Brinker to Underweight from Equal Weight and lowered its price target to $47 from $51. Analyst John Glass said the casual dining space is secularly challenged and sees risk to Brinker's 2017 consensus estimates as industry trends continue to weaken.
