Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster upgraded eBay (EBAY) to Neutral following the completed spin-off of PayPal (PYPL). Munster believes eBay's current valuation is reflecting the likelihood of future market share loss. While eBay continues to grow, it is growing below general eCommerce, the analyst tells investors in a research note. He has a $30 price target on the stock. eBay closed yesterday up 39c to $26.87. CLSA last night initiated shares of PayPal with an Underperform rating.
