The analyst has a Buy rating and $5 price target on Limelight Networks, saying the shares are "highly attractive" trading at 2.1x 2020 revenue with consensus seeing 13% year-over-year growth in 2020. Van Rhee has a Buy rating and $59 price target on Upland Software, saying the current level, following a 30% dip from recent highs, is an attractive entry point considering the upside to EBITDA estimate and the best-in-class nature of the company's model.
