Citi analyst Pedro Medeiro downgraded Ecopetrol to Sell while raising his price target for the shares to $14.80 from $12. Citi expects oil prices to drop back to the $50-$60 per barrel in the next 12-months and the analyst notes the shares are up 58% in the last two months.
