Lake Street analyst Josh Elving said it appears that the European Commission is moving forward with proposals to make cross border transaction in the Eurozone cheaper. While any formal changes will likely occur over a three year timeframe, he thinks the idea of a temporary cap was new and may be concerning investors. However, he also thinks worries about changes to DCC in Europe have previously been priced in and he does not see any new developments that would warrant a 9% decline in Euronet shares. He recommends the pullback be used as a buying opportunity and maintains his Buy rating and $106 price target on Euronet shares.
