Jefferies analyst Anthony Crowdell downgraded El Paso Electric to Underperform saying that based on his revised estimates, the shares trade at 14% premium to peers group while the company pays one of the lowest yields in the space. He believes Street estimates will adjust once management gives out 2017 guidance. The analyst cut his price target for the shares to $51 from $57.
