Sandler O'Neill analyst Alexander Goldfarb downgraded EastGroup Properties to Hold citing the recent outperformance of the shares and a lack of catalysts coming out of the company's Q2 results. The analyst has a $73 price target for the shares. Stifel this morning also downgraded EastGroup.
