As reported earlier, SunTrust analyst Ki Bin Kim upgraded EastGroup Properties to Hold from Sell and kept his price target at $85 as part of his broader "2018 REIT Outlook" research note. Kim says the Sell rating is no longer warranted based on the REIT's "strong fundamentals, strong balance sheet, possible stabilization in the Houston market, and fair valuation".
