After hosting an investor lunch with management, Jefferies analyst Randal Konik calls shares of Callaway Golf "substantially undervalued." The analyst has increased confidence that Callaway's turnaround will be driven by a gradual recovery golf industry fundamentals and the company's back-to-basics approach. He reiterates a Buy rating on the stock with a $16 price target.
