Brean Capital said the current EMC (EMC) valuation yields an attractive buying opportunity because if the deal with Dell closed with VMwares's (VMW) current price, the tracking stock component would yield a $33 EMC deal price. Brean Capital reiterated its Buy rating and $31 price target on EMC shares.
