Wells Fargo expects Dell's acquisition of EMC (EMC) to go through. The firm says that EMC is worth at least $30 per share even if VMware's (VMW) business and tracking stock performance is "somewhat unrealistically" bearish. It keeps an Outperform rating on EMC.
