The analyst notes that the 20% decline in its stock price since the start of September has given investors an attractive entry point, citing the company's acceleration of its industrial business, improved construction visibility for 2019, and the "insignificant" leverage of its balance sheet. Thielman adds that EMCOR represents a "flight to quality" name in the space with a "more appealing valuation entry".
