Citi analyst Andrew Kaplowtiz upgraded Emerson Electric to Neutral from Sell with a $66 price target. The analyst continues to expect slowing growth before larger project activity begins to contribute. However, he believes the recent pullback in the shares discounts this potential "air pocket" and views Emerson's risk/reward as more balanced at current levels.
