Morgan Stanley analyst Tom Abrams upgraded EnLink Midstream Partners to Overweight from Equal Weight and raised its price target to $19 from $18. The analyst expects EnLink to benefit from rapid growth in SCOOP/STACK volumes and Permian, successful asset sales, and lower than expected declines in Barnett production. Abrams has increased confidence in EnLink's strategic positioning and raised his EBITDA and distribution growth forecasts.
