Loop Capital analyst Chris Kapsch says his initial impression of Entegris' acquisition of SAES Pure Gas is positive. He expects the stock to react "quite positively" given the deal's accretion and that Entegris is using cash on its balance sheet to fund the transaction. The analyst keeps a Buy rating on Entegris with a $44 price target.
