KeyBanc recommends buying the following communication services stocks ahead of their Q3 results: Equinix (EQIX), GTT Communications (GTT), SBA Communications (SBAC), American Tower (AMT), and Cogent (CCOI). According to the firm, the data center sector continued to experience firm pricing and strong demand. As a result, KeyBanc recommends that investors own Equinix for the long-term. It says that the recent decline in tower stocks has primarily been due to foreign exchange fluctuations and gives investors an opportunity to own the tower stocks, SBA Communications and American Tower. According to KeyBanc, the latter two companies have two of the best business models in the space.
