MUFG analyst Stephen Bersey lowers his price target on Equinix to $460 to reflect the "recent broader market re-rating" but also keeps his Overweight rating after today's Q3 earnings beat. The analyst notes that the REIT performed well in the quarter, executing well "against a strong set of end markets". Bersey is also positive on the performance of Equinix's new CEO Charles Meyers, saying that his "plans to improve the company's go to market efforts and channel expansion" should help to improve its sales leverage.
