Piper Jaffray analyst Blake Fernandez downgraded Equinor to Neutral and lowered his price target for the shares to $23 from $24. The analyst reduced his 2019 earnings per share estimate for the company to $1.48 from $1.54 to reflect a reduction in his production profile. As a result, the analyst sees limited upside from current trading levels. He believes 2020 will be a more "robust year" for Equinor, on the heels of Johan Sverdrup coming online toward the end of 2019.
