Analyst PhillipJungwirth says that EQT's acquisition of Rice Energy (RICE) strengthens EQT's "core Marcellus position and provides significant operational efficiencies." The analyst adds that the deal is "accretive on nearly all metrics" and keeps EQT's balance sheet strong. Target $70.
